activities. Please submit it in English and Word format by 6 July 2016.
Please write in the “third person” (i.e. The University is….they are… etc.) as this text will be used in the
Finalists’ Brochure. If received after this date we cannot guarantee inclusion of your entry in the
Finalists’ Brochure.

* IMPORTANT Image and logo requirements: to be supplied in a minimum of 300 dpi and preferably in a
jpeg format. If the files are large (i.e. over 5 MBs, please zip them or send via free transfer sites such as
We Transfer (https://www.wetransfer.com/) as they may be unable to be received by the server). Please
check the dpi resolution prior to sending to ensure the quality is good enough to use for marketing materials. (If
you open the image and “right click” your mouse button, click on “properties” – here you will see the dpi resolution
of your image. It must be 300 dpi or above.)

inclusion of your entry in the Finalists’ Brochure.
 Your case study and video – deadline 18 July 2016
All shortlisted applications – known as Finalists - will be required to submit a case study and video as
part of the Awards’ commitment for driving the dissemination to the wider sector. By submitting your
application, you are agreeing to take part in the dissemination. (Please note that whilst the video does
not form part of your application, we do encourage all Finalists to submit one.)
