Common Area Electric Measures
Multifamily building owners and managers in specific neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens may be eligible for free installation
of the following items as part of Con Edison’s Neighborhood Program.
Interior lighting can be installed in the building lobby, hallways, stairwells, basement, and common area rooms such as a laundry
room, lounge, fitness room, storage room, bathroom, super’s office, meter room, or similar space. Exterior lighting is also available.
All work performed under this program must be performed by a contractor specifically approved for work in the Neighborhood
Program.
