[Hier eingeben] Active Labour Market Measures for Employability EuropeAid/136526/IH/SER/ME Call for Expression of Interest for Participation in Training “Turn idea into action: Preparing Project Proposals for EU funding” The Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Montenegro within the framework of the IPA project “Active labour market measures for employability” (EuropeAid/136526/IH/SER/ME) invite interested institutions and organisations to apply for participation in training “Turn idea into action: Preparing Project Proposals for EU funding”. The objective of the training is to help potential applicants to acquire relevant knowledge for preparing project proposals and applying for EU funding in Montenegro. What you can expect from this three-day training is to: Understand project cycle management Learn project preparation techniques Exercise steps in project preparation Understand EU Calls for Proposals Hear about examples and experiences of EU funding in the area of labour market development, employment and local partnerships/initiatives for employment Highly competent project trainers with practical experience from Montenegro and Croatia will lead the training. In addition, the experts from the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare of Montenegro will provide information on future funding opportunities and will support training together with the experts from the Employment Agency. Successful participants will receive a certificate of participation. Background Partnerships designed, initiated and implemented by local actors can help the state to implement modern and efficient public employment measures. Bottom-up, even small-scale initiatives have proven to have significant role in alleviating impacts of economic crises and fast changes in the labour market. Montenegro is aware of the great potential the various local level institutions and organisations can bring in addressing the needs of labour market and unemployed. The training is therefore part of a wider policy to engage local level, including both state and non-state actors, in solving labour market issues in Montenegro. Social partners (associations of employers, trade unions, chambers), and 6. Public institutions. In order to be considered for inclusion in training, the interested organisations and institutions must fill in a brief Application Form that can be downloaded at: xxxx. and sent it at any time prior to Wednesday, 21 June 2017 (by 15 pm) exclusively via e-mail to: [email protected] and [email protected]. For any additional questions regarding this Call and training, please use the same e-mail addresses. !The training is limited to 20 persons (one person per institution/organisation). In case of receiving applications exceeding that number, following criteria will be applied for selection: Sequence of applying; Quality of the manifestation of interest as per description in the Application Form; Preference will be given to institutions/organisation who have previous experience in applying for EU funding The applicants will receive information on their inclusion in the training by 3rd of July 2017 latest. Location and Timing of Training Training will be delivered on 10th, 11th and 12th of July 2017. The programme includes 7 hours each day (from 9 am to 4 pm). Training will take place in Podgorica. The information on location (venue) and the training programme will be provided with the invitation for participation to selected applicants. Costs for Participants The costs of training, training materials, refreshments and lunch will be covered by the IPA project “Active labour market measures for employability”. The costs of accommodation for training participants arriving from towns at the distance over 50 km from Podgorica will be covered by the IPA project “Active labour market measures for employability”. The participants are required to cover their travel costs.
