Implementation
• Canister Optimization – A thorough analysis is completed by experienced TCGRx professionals to optimize your canister
positions and tray utilization to maximize production speed
• The Pharmacy interface on the ATP® computer system is configured
and tested. Label formats are identified and configured
• Preventive Maintenance – Performed on the upper cabinet, sub-hoppers,
middle drawer and lower LPU compartment
• Re-labeling and QC check of existing canisters
Training
The TCGRx Implementation team will optimize your system to fit your specific
packaging requirements, complete all user training related to the upgrades and
software functionality, as well as provide ideas for maximizing your production output.
We now also offer online training through a learning management system, available
24/7. Advanced onsite training for new users and super-users is also made available
by request.

Our maintenance support contracts are more flexible and cost effective. We use direct and contract support to give you the perfect
