Eligibility Requirements






Open to any residents of the greater Estes
Valley (including Estes Park, Allenspark, Drake,
Pinewood Springs, and Glen Haven) who have
never before shown their work in the CAC
facility at 423 West Elkhorn.
Art Delivery

Artists may enter any fine arts and fine crafts
including wearable items and 3-D media.
Entry Fee: $25. This fee will be used for publicity
and the artist reception.

Maximum of three pieces per artist. Only one
piece per artist may be labeled Not For Sale.
Commission: 60% Artist, 40% Arts Council
Size limitation: for 2-D work, no larger than
48” x 48”. For very large 3-D work, please
arrange with us prior.


PM by December 5, 2015 to pre-register. Mail
your entry fee and registration form by
December 19 2015. An inventory page will be
filled out on the day you turn in.

How to Enter

All work should be identified with artist
name, price and medium. For 2-D work,
please affix a stringed tag to the back left
side of the wire hanger. For 3-D work
please affix a tag to the base or bottom.
We will have tags available at the gallery as
well.
We have planned a gala opening event for
1/9/16
Free will donations of food for the opening
reception are always welcome.
In Closing

Our goal for this show is to offer new artists and
hobbyists a chance to share their work with the
community in our beautiful facility. We hope you
can join us for this exciting exhibit!
Digital images of your entry can be submitted
at any time, and you are encouraged to do so.
Artist Book - Bring a current bio with work. Tell
us who you are and how you create your art!
Include a brief description/statement/quote
about the piece you have entered.
