National Apprenticeships Show
The National Apprenticeship Show takes place at the Arena MK on 14-15 March 2016 and will bring
together employers, colleges and providers with those wanting to find out more about what
apprenticeships can offer.
Over 100 exhibitors will be taking part making this one of if not the largest event taking place in National
Apprenticeship Week 2016. The National Apprenticeship Show exists only to promote apprenticeships and our

Every Halloween the Netherfield Residents Association runs a trip to Southend for the Halloween and
Fireworks Event. We have a 68 seater coach with seating downstairs for the disabled or elderly. Every year we
have a full coach, on the journey down we have a raffle and a scary fancy dress completion for the kids, and
everyone gets a prize for taking part. During the day at Southend, there is a Farmers market and great shops,
the evening has actors dressed up at the Adventure Island who really look the part, the mile long pier has
ghost stories on the train and the Fireworks at 8pm are great. Everyone really enjoys themselves and asks for
it again the following year.
