the great work done everyday and higher accolades
honouring the company’s top achievers. The Making a
Difference Reward and Recognition Program has three
different types of recognition:
Because we value your tenure with the company,

and rewarded with a certificate and a gift that can be
chosen and redeemed online. Some of the participating
vendors include Myer, Rebel Sport, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey
Norman, David Jones, Amazon, Hoyts Cinemas,
Farmers, Smith & Caughey’s, Hyatt and Marriot,

You can make someone’s day by sending thank you
notes, birthday and other greetings to each other.
• Count On Me! allows you to formally recognise
your fellow employees who demonstrate
outstanding Count On Me! service by nominating
them to receive a certificate and reward. If your
nomination meets the Count On Me! service
promise criteria, your nominee will receive a gift
card to spend as they choose!
• Receiving a Promise Award is the highest level
of reward and recognition at Wyndham. Approved
nominees who consistently go above and beyond in
their role will receive a $200 gift card and may be
invited to attend a President’s Council Conference
or President’s Club event.
President’s Club
Count On Me!
This exclusive annual event is open to the top sales
performers in our business as well as exceptional
individuals who display Count On Me! service and
are recognised through the Making a Difference
Recognition program.

and if you’re a key contributor to the business,
you may be rewarded with a well-deserved salary

personal ones too. Whether it’s your birthday, you’re
getting married, having a baby or you’ve completed
