Race Information
 200% Payback overall (250A,4250A,).(min of 6 rider for 200%)(5
riders or less 100%)
 100% Payback overall (Expert - 50% of Entries).
 Awards 1st-5th (except Expert/Pro classes).
 250 Collegeboy 17-24 - Non-Pro Class.
 50cc Stock Injected eligible bikes (Suzuki JR50, Kawasaki
KDX50, KTM Mini Adventure, Cobra P3, Yamaha PW50).
 AMA Membership Required ($39 Annual).

Online Sign Up & Registration at Track
1. Online Sign Up is open until midnight Thursday, June 25 th,
2009
2. Online Pre-Registration must be paid by any Credit Card.
3. Post registration (Tower) accepts all Credit Cards & cash only. NO
CHECKS.
4. Pre-Entry riders (this include parent/guardian if rider is a minor) MUST check
in at Registration (Tower) to sign releases.
5. ALL RIDERS must be present at registration. (Minors come to registration
with your parents)
6. All riders (Pre & Post Entries) must report to tower to receive practice sticker.
7. A rider will NOT be allowed on track without a practice sticker and armband.
8. Organized Practice rider must practice with designated group.
9. Minors with Guardian must have two copies of “notarized” statements for
Guardian to be able to sign for minor.
10. Riders MUST bring AMA card & last 4 digits of VIN number of every
bike competing on to registration.
Other Oak Hill Information:
 Age Effective: January 1, 2009
 RV Hook-Ups $25/day first come first serve.
 Bike Washing ONLY allowed in YOUR PIT.
 No bike washing in the open RV site next to yours. Please be
thoughtful of those coming in for the next day of race.
 FM Broadcast 89.1FM (Bring Your Walkman or Portable Radio).
 40+ A/B is a Trophy only class.
 No Pit Bike riding.
 Must be 18 and hold a valid drivers license to drive Golf Karts or
Utility Vehicle. No Pit Bikes or ATV’s (4-Wheelers) allowed.
 All Pit Vehicles must be parked by 10:00pm.
 No showers, porta pots only
Series Information:
 Must compete in 3 of 4 Rounds and be present at the last round for
Overall Trophies.
 No Trophies to Pro or Expert Classes
 Trophies for Amateur Classes 1st-5th
 40+ A/B is a Trophy only class.

A GATE, OPEN OR CLOSED, YOU'RE GOING SOMEWHERE YOU'RE NOT
SUPPOSED TO BE. AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY!
RIDERS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST HAVE PARENT OR LEGAL

Directions:
From I-35, take 287 through Decatur. 6 mikes north of Decatur turn left on
CR1280. Go 1 mike turn right, go another 2 miles Track on right. Refer to the
website www.oakhillmx.com under directions for coming in from different
directions. DO NOT USE MAPQUEST IT’S WRONG
***$20 weekend pass per person payable in full upon entering Friday & Saturday.
If you are not staying for Sunday’s race refunds are given until 7pm Saturday
evening.
