CLUB AND ITS SHOW SECRETARY ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY for wrong
or incomplete information given on the entry blank by the owner or agent of the
owner. This Club and its Show Secretary assume no responsibility for the owner
or owner’s agent entering a dog twice or in a class for which the dog is ineligible to
compete.
ENTRY FEES will not be refunded in event of errors or cancellation of entries
after the published closing date, nor in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified,
sick, lame, or excused by the Veterinarian or Judge or barred from competition by
the Bench Show Committee, or because the dog is ineligible to compete because it

the control of the management it is impossible to open the show, no refund of

result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.
CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail
checks or money orders with entries. Secretary assumes no responsibility for
cash sent through the mail.
BITCHES IN SEASON: A refund will be made for a bitch that comes into

Veterinarian’s certificate and is received by the Trial Secretary prior to the start of
judging.
CRATING & WARM-UP AREAS: No chairs will be permitted in the crating &
warm-up areas due to space limitations.
BECAUSE ENTRY SERVICES DO NOT SEND ENTRIES TO THE SHOW

NOT TO USE THEM TO MAKE ENTRIES AT A SHOW THAT HAS A
LIMITED ENTRY.
