Eligibility: Each special needs individual must meet the following criteria in order to take part
in the activities. If an individual is unable to do so, they are still welcome to attend each activity
but must provide their own assistant for supervision (such as a family member, companion,
etc.).
Criteria: Independent bathroom skills, ability to follow basic instructions, ability to participate in
a group.

If you are a Medicare eligible member of a health plan, you may be able to receive a funded
basic annual fitness membership through Healthways and the Silver Sneakers®.

All active fitness members can now get personal
attention from our certified personal trainers
Sessions are 30 minutes and cost $20
Annual members receive 6 free session per year
6 month members receive 3 free sessions
3 month members receive 1 free session
Trainers will adjust machines, set the weights,
