Program overview/draft
Of note: Participants must provide a 300 word abstract about the project they want to
discuss in groups! The abstract is not meant for publishing, but is important for the organizers
to compose small groups and prepare faculty for optimal moderation. If it is a project idea, it
is still worthy of presentation. Don’t be modest or afraid. We are a friendly group!

Registration and booking:
We have simplified registration and hotel booking compared to previous years. Please
complete the registration form on the next page. Unless you are informed otherwise, all
participants pay for their own stay.
You receive this program as an invited participant. There will be no registration fee. Invited
speakers are funded by the OCHER group. The workshop has become very popular and we
have found it necessary to limit participation to 50 people, mostly priority will be given on a
first come-first serve basis.
In order to participate, you must submit an abstract by October 31, 2014. If you have
registered but not submitted an abstract at this point, the registration will not be considered
complete and others might be given priority if too many have registered.
The workshop rests heavily on social networking in addition to the working sessions. We
strongly recommend that you plan to stay in the venue hotel and share meals with the others.
Transport:
The hotel is located about 13 km outside the centre of Oslo and 43 km from Oslo airport. Best
access Airport Express train (13 min) to Lillestrøm, then taxi (8 min) or bus 401 (25 min) to
the hotel. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus between 07:30 and 09:30 in the morning and
between 15:30 and 17:00 in the afternoon. If you want to use the hotel shuttle, please call the
hotel at +47 66109700.
