FREE-THROW-A-THON
Our boys’ basketball program will be competing in a Free-Throw-A-Thon to raise
funds. Each athlete is responsible for collecting at least 5 sponsorships.
Your donation will help offset costs for equipment, new uniforms, & tournaments as
well as help keep registration fees low.
Here’s how it works:
All basketball players will shoot 100 free throws during their scheduled practice
and will note their made baskets.
Your player is asking for your support in recognizing their accomplishment.
Basketball fans can fill out the form below and return their pledge per basket
made or a give a monetary donation.
Example:
I’ll donate a flat amount of $20.
OR
Out of 100 free throws your player made 85.
You pledged .20 per made free throw.
85 x .20 = $17.00 donation
A donation of any amount is greatly appreciated.
All donations are tax deductible.
