To evidence the cash flow of €200 000 contracted and references for supply with inventory or furniture for the last three years 2008,2009,2010 III.2.3 Kapaciteti teknik dhe profesional Dëshmia e kërkuar profesional ,të dokumentuara: Overall description Bidding companies are required to submit the following documents: - Bidding companies must submit at least four contract copies attached with references of those satisfactory supply contracts with inventory or furniture from Kosovo public institutions for the last three years 2008, 2009, 2010. - To evidence the cash flow of €200 000 contracted and references for supply with inventory or furniture for the last three years 2008,2009,2010 - Provide photography for each item ( with exceptional of court rooms) Remark: - Supply with inventory of court rooms should be made based on the models which we have provided for some courtrooms. Therefore it is obligatory that the bidding companies prior to submit the bids to come across to have a look at the courtrooms we have in order to have the new courtrooms prepared similarly. No participation of the bidding companies will disqualify them from the competition and their bids will not be evaluated. - The quantity of supply with items given in the tables below for inventory, furniture and courtrooms may change depending on the requirements of the courts and KJC needs. - Supply with inventory for offices and courtrooms shall be made according to the requirements issued by Logistics Department to the biding companies during the whole period of the year depending on the needs and requirements of the courts; - - After having received the request from Logistics Department, the economic operator should execute the supply within the time limits of at least 15 days for furniture and office inventory and at least within 30 days period adjustment of one courtroom. Specification for the Court Rooms TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION ENTERIER WORKS In the Court Rooms walls shall be covered around perimeter with plywood which shall be thick 18 mm supplied with natural oak veneer with dark colour. Plywood tiles shall be placed in the height of 90 cm. Previously construction of planks laths are fixed on the walls with respective strips. The conclusion is made with decorative strips. After the judge’s desk, the wall will be covered with plywood tiles with the desk width and height up to the ceiling. Corners end with decorative strips. 7/5 Standard Form “Contract Notice” The Court Rooms shall consist of the following furniture (seats, judge’s desks, lawyer’s desks and visitor’s fence). Public seats in the courtroom should be designed so as to have a mechanism to lifting them up when no person is seating on them. Seats shall be designed according to the details underlined in the project and pictures. Judge’s desk shall be designed according to the details underlined in the project. For setting the desks, a lifted basement from the wooden floor shall be designed in such a way that judges’ table to be a bit higher. Lawyers and prosecutors desks shall be designed from the same material as the other interior part. Between the visitors and court area a fence shall be constructed from the same material of inventory which will have also a door made of the same material. The defendant and witness’s desk shall be designed from the same material as the entire court rooms. The entire court rooms shall be designed by Inver tiles supplied with natural oak veneer and wooden natural oak with dark colour. Public seats shall be constructed according to the project and pictures. Public seats can be double or triple.
