Service description
BGSR Pty Ltd was established in 2007, with both directors having extensive experience from
accommodation services at the Disability Services Commission. We can offer personalised,
flexible and quality supports for you or your family member.
All of our coordination team have extensive Social Training backgrounds, and are able to
provide skills training and personalised programs for individuals.
We can offer any of the following styles of support:
 Individualised in home supports – from a few hours per week to 24 hours per day;
 Skills assessments and training;
 Overnights, sleep shifts or ‘live in’ models;
 Host family options for respite or long term;
 Shared supported living in group homes or cluster style housing;
 Shared Management.
We will certainly consider any other style or model of support you wish to consider, so please
contact us and we will endeavour to make supports work your way.
Pricing information
Most of our supports are priced at $50.00 per hour.

Disability Services Commission. Individuals and their family or other
stakeholders make independent decisions about which supports or services
they wish to purchase and this guide is provided to support that process.
