THE BASIL INN
Yumen Hut serves up noodles that are
manufactured by its parent company
Kwong Seng International, which has
been producing noodles for more than
60 years. Popular choices on the menu
include Dumpling Spinach Noodles, the
traditional Seafood Ban Mian, and Pasta
Sauce Pumpkin Noodles.
For Thai food that’s full of flavour,
look no further than The Basil Inn. Try
the Spicy Lemon Seabass in fragrant

Conceived by the same Innovative Food
People who brought Sakae Sushi to
the world, Hei Sushi is Singapore’s first
halal Japanese belt sushi restaurant. Its
extensive menu of over 200 varieties of
delectable Japanese dishes includes mini
baked rice with toppings, grilled yakimono
items, fusion udon, hibachi (food cooked
on a grill) and nabemono (steamboat).
Seoul’s famous restaurant chain has
opened its first Singapore outlet
at Downtown East. It’s well known
for Rice Cake (Tteokbokki), which
is stewed in a sauce over a fire with
your choice of ingredients (sausages,
mussels, cheese and more). The result
is a hearty and traditional hotpot dish
that is unique to Korea.

YAM’S KITCHEN
With its traditional
cowboy-themed setting, ANDES
by Astons serves delicious steaks,
chicken, burgers and fish that
are prepared without the use
of pork or lard.
For authentic home-cooked zi char
cuisine, Yam’s Kitchen should be your
first choice. The quality food is prepared
from the freshest raw ingredients,
resulting in a mouthwatering spread that
will delight the whole family.

MK LEVURE NATURELLE
East meets West at this cosy bistro, so
everyone can have their fill of dim sum
delights, noodles and rice, alongside
salads, burgers and pastas. Beer and
wine are also on tap, while teetotallers

floaties, smoothies and frappes.
The French name of this bakery
translates into ‘natural yeast’, which
is an ingredient used to make its fresh
European-style breads. Their sourdough
