PGC - WEEKEND RESERVATION FORM – 2016
 ALL FOUR APPLICANTS must be active FOR THE 2016 SEASON
 Groups less than 4 players will be combined to form one (1) entry
 All golfers are required to abide by all regulations of the Paramus Golf
Course.
 Reservations will be from the weekend of April 16-17 through
October 22-23.
 Reserved tee times will be available from 6 am until 1pm.
 Tee times will vary during the season as daylight allows.
 Application fee may vary based on the tee time selection.
 This fee does not include greens fees or cart rentals.
 No refunds will be issued for any reason, including rainouts, no-shows ,
or suspensions.
 The drawing will be Saturday, March 12th at 1 pm in The Nine Iron Grill.
 Only one application form per foursome will be accepted.
 A representative of the group MUST be present at the drawing.
Return this form to the Paramus Golf Course by Sunday March 6th by 4 p.m.
PGC - MEN'S AND WOMEN'S WEEKDAY LEAGUE FORM - 2016














Only active members for 2016 may participate in League play.
All golfers are required to abide by all regulations of the Paramus
Golf Course.
League play will begin April 12-14 & end October 18-20.
The Women's League tee times will be on Tuesday Mornings.
The Men's League tee times will be on Thursday Mornings.
The leagues are under the direction of the Golf Professional.
One application per person must be submitted.
A check for a total of $200.00 must accompany each form.
Last year’s tee times will remain the same if desired at the
discretion of PGC Staff.
This fee does not include greens fees or cart rental fees.
If your application is not selected, your check will be returned.

The drawing will be on Saturday, March 12th in The Nine Iron Grill.
Women will meet at 11 am & Men will meet at 12 Noon.
