About the ANU
How to apply
The Australian National University (ANU)
is Australia’s most research-intensive
university and is consistently ranked
among the best universities in the world.
As an international student, there are a
number of ways you can apply for entry to
an undergraduate program at ANU.
ANU is a welcoming campus located in
Canberra, the nation’s capital. Many of our
students live in university accommodation
on or around campus, all within walking
distance of Canberra’s city centre.
As a smaller university ANU has a higher
than average number of academic staff to
students, ensuring smaller class sizes.

Grade requirements
Important notes
HELP University students who would like
to articulate to the Bachelor of Commerce
or the Bachelor of Business Administration
at ANU with credit must achieve an overall
GPA of 3.3/4 in order to be eligible for
admission and up to one year of credit (as
outlined in the above schedule).
A maximum of 8 courses (48 units) of credit
will be granted towards an ANU College of
Business and Economics undergraduate
program, as outlined above.
A minimum grade of credit (CR) or above
is required per course completed at HELP
in order for credit to be granted at ANU. If
a student does not receive a grade of CR
or above for a course, they will not receive
credit for that particular course.
Each application is assessed on an
individual basis and the ANU College of
Business and Economics will make the final
decision as to the student’s entry into the
program.
If a student is granted credit for previous
studies, it reduces the number of courses
(units) required in the selected degree
program. Any credit received will impact
upon the choice of courses available to
students studying in these programs at
ANU.

My degree equips me with
specialised knowledge and
techniques for my chosen
field. But it also sharpens
my broader business and
management skills and
allows me to choose from a
huge variety of extra elective
courses which is awesome!
ANU offers me unique
opportunities to extend my
academic experience beyond
the lecture hall.
I’m a student ambassador and
a member of many clubs and
societies - I have already met
a lot of amazing people here.
I’m confident that graduating
from The Australian National
University, one of the most
outstanding and prestigious
universities in the world,
will benefit me enormously
and help me to achieve my
career goals.
