Education/Training ITC literate (specifically Word and Excel and googlemail). googledocs 2. Relevant Experience Good knowledge of public transport services in Oxford including the BROOKESbus. Experience in a customer service role. Knowledge of bus routes in and around Oxford. 3. Relevant Skills/Aptitudes Ability to remain calm under pressure Team player Accurate Data Entry skills Organised approach to work Excellent communicator: face to face, on the ‘phone and by e-mail. Ability to work under pressure giving a high level of customer service 4. Special Requirements Available to work at Headington, Harcourt and Wheatley Campuses between start Sep 15 and end Nov 15 Available to work at various bus stops on the BROOKESbus bus routes to assist new students and monitor usage of services. 5.
