Overall purpose of post: To assist in issuing bus passes and transport information to new and returning students and
staff at the beginning of Semester 1, September 2015 to November 2015
Main duties: Processing and issuing BROOKESkeys, responding to queries from staff and students about travel in
and around Oxford

Advising new students and staff of transport options available to them, in particular on bus travel
Giving a high level of customer service to new students and staff
Monitoring usage of bus services at key bus stops
Undertaking transport surveys
Able to work under minimum supervision incompliance with Lone Working Policy
You should have:

Knowledge of local public transport especially BROOKESbus routes and services.
A working knowledge of Excel, Word and googlemail (including googledocs)
A high standard of written and spoken English
Experience of communicating with people from all backgrounds
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
