eAgent Sip Popper Guide
Installation and setup of the eAgent Sip Popper.
Version 2.0
‣ Step 1 - Download and Install SIP Popper
1) In a web browser, navigate to the URL below:
http://my.spectrumvoip.com/local/sippopper/download/Sip-Popper.2.8.exe
2) The file should download automatically.
Once it is downloaded, double-click on the
file to open it.
3) Click “Yes” when asked about making
changes to the computer
4) Click “Next” in every single step of the
installation. Do not make any changes.

5) Click “Install” at the very end.
6) Click “Finish” to complete the
Installation and launch the SIP Popper.
Once it is running, just leave it there for
now.
We will come back to it in a moment.
‣ Step 2 - Login to the eAgent Website
1)In your web browser, type www.eagent.net and click the Login button.
2) Your unique User ID and password were provided to you by eAgent when you setup your
account. Use those credentials to login here. See the example below.
Step 3 - Setup the SIP Popper
1) Now that the SIP Popper is running, enter your username from your Spectrum
Wave account. This is the account you use to login at my.spectrumvoip.com.
If you are unsure what your username is, please contact Technical Support.
2) Enter your Spectrum account password into
the Password field.
3) Enter your 7-digit extension into the “Phone Line” field.
4) Erase everything that is currently in the “URL to pop”
field and enter the following sting.
https://eagent.allstate.com/account/login.aspx?phone=<calling number>
5) Select at what point you would like the screen to appear
On “Ring” or on “Answer”.
(If you are part of a hunt group select “Answer”)
6) Check “Remember Me”
7) Click “Login”. Once you login, it will say “Successfully logged into Spectrum Popper
at the top of the window. Your SIP Popper is now up and running.
