Norwood Brownie Troop 4164 comes to the food pantry

Thirteen girls from Norwood Brownie Troop 4164, came to the food pantry one night carrying bags
of food which they had collected for us.
First, we gave the girls a tour of the storage area and explained the procedures we use to make it
work properly.
They then helped carry some of the food to the area of the Food Pantry that is open to the public.
They helped stock the shelves and then we had a question and answer period. I think that the
girls got a great deal out of the experience as well as the satisfaction of helping others.
We hope to work with them further.
