Triggered Observatoins (OSO)

▫ Listens for incoming VOEvents
▫ Parser module written at Southampton University
converts XML VOEvents to Python-friendly

trigger definitions provided by PIs
▫ Decision is made to observe or not, as well as
when to observe
▫ Observation parameters sent to Schedule Writer
