About Farm 2 Table
Programs
Farm 2 Table is an award winning
agricultural education field trip
designed for students grades
kindergarten through 5th grade. The
program is presented by the Erie
County Agricultural Society, as their
continuing commitment to agricultural
education in Western New York. Field
trips are offered in the new Agriculture
Discovery Center, the Agricultural
Society’s state of the art agricultural
education facility.
Just like the agricultural world around us, the Farm 2 Table field trips
have monthly themes based upon the agricultural events of the
season.
Each field trip is designed to teach
students about the importance of
agriculture in their lives and engage
their natural curiosity through
multi-modal approaches. All lessons
are age specific and aligned with
Common Core Mathematics and
English Language Arts standards.
