Thank you for considering having your business represented at the Just Between Friends Spring 2014 sale in
Bremerton, April 24th - 27th. We believe that this is a great investment for you as a business and hope that you will
be happy with the end results.
Included in the JBF Bremerton Vendor Agreement are three forms you will need to complete and return along with
your payment. The forms are as follows:




Set up is Thursday, APRIL 24th from 1 - 3pm. Breakdown is Sunday, April 27th starting at 2pm. Vendor table
locations are assigned based on when your payment is received, first come, first served upon application
approval.
Event Sale Schedule:
Thursday, April 24th - Presale Day from 3pm - 9pm
Friday, April 25th - 9 am – Noon (Presale Event) Noon - 8pm is Open to the public
Saturday, April 26th - 9am – 4pm (Open to the public) 5:00 – 8pm. (Volunteer Party/Sale)
Sunday, April 27th- 9am –2pm. Open to the public. 50% OFF non starred items

JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS (JBF) - VENDOR RULES OF CONDUCT
Vendors must sign & return this form along with application and payment. Failure to comply with these rules may
result termination of vendor booth rental.
Initial
Completed & Signed Vendor Contract, Vendor Rules of Conduct, and Liability Release must be
received prior to APRIL 1st, 2014
Vendors will only demonstrate and/or sell items that are in the interest of mothers, children/infants,
families and must disclose items on the contract. Items that are inappropriate in nature will not be
accepted. JBF reserves the right to deny sale of items that they deem inappropriate. No additional items
will be accepted at sale.
Vendor indemnifies JBF from any liability of product sales. Vendor is not allowed to sell illegal items,
unsafe, or recalled items.
Vendor(s) must follow JBF rules for purchasing merchandise. Vendor/sponsors will be provided Presale
Passes according to the benefits outlined below. All items you wish to purchase at the sale must be
purchased prior to returning to a Vendor Table. Only sold items, with a receipt, can be held at a Vendor
Table.
Please, no children (except nursing infants) at a Vendor Table. This is for safety and liability.
Vendor is required to provide Proof of Insurance, naming Just Between Friends Bremerton as an
additional insured and waiving JBF of any accidents or mishaps in vendor’s rental space. This must be
submitted with application/payment to reserve space. If vendor does not have Proof of Insurance, they
must sign the liability waiver provided by JBF.
Set up is Thursday, APRIL 24th, 1 - 3pm. Breakdown is Sunday, APRIL 27th starting at 2:00pm.
Vendor is responsible for keeping area neat and clean at all times. All garbage must be removed from
area. Food and drinks need to be out of sight to our guests.
No booth sharing or exchanging is allowed. Each individual vendor must be authorized. The assignment
of exhibit space shall be solely at the discretion of JBF.
No handwritten signs may be attached to the venue booth. No signs may be attached to venue fixtures
or JBF products.
All signs must be professional looking and approved by JBF. If JBF feels that space is not acceptable,
they have a right to ask the vendor to replace or remove item.
Vendor is responsible for maintaining and manning booth and sales at all times during the sale. No
JBF’s staff/volunteers may be used to man vendor’s booth.
JBF does not offer refunds to vendors for any reason.
Vendors are responsible for own materials. JBF will not supply or lend product to vendor.
JBF is not responsible for lost or misplaced items of vendors
If vendor wishes to participate in private presale/volunteer events, vendor must sign up for at least
ONE setup/breakdown shift.
Just Between Friends is not responsible for providing vendors with internet service.
Vendor must pay additional for any printed materials handed out to shoppers other than from booth.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own meals.
Vendor acknowledges that all information is correct, truthful & waives Just Between Friends liability
associated with vendor’s booth and products. Furthermore acknowledges that any information not
followed will result in dismissal of current event and future Just Between Friends sales.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY INSURANCE – JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS
In general, event vendors are required to provide a Certificate of General Liability Insurance policy, A Bushel and
a Peck, LLC dba Just Between Friends Bremerton, listed as additional insured for the conduct of the sanctioned
event. Event Vendors may elect to waive proof of General Liability Insurance, which in doing so waives A Bushel
and A Peck LLC, dba Just Between Friends Bremerton of any damages, injuries, and or death incurred due to
Event Vendor.
INSURANCE WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION

waive proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance for the Just Between Friends Bremerton, a sanctioned
event which will take place on APRIL 24th – 27th 2014. I, __________________________, a representative for

Liability Insurance for Just Between Friends Bremerton on APRIL 24th – 27th,, 2014 shall indemnify, hold
harmless, assume liability for, and defend Just Between Friends Bremerton, A Bushel and A Peck LLC, Kitsap
County Fairgrounds, and its employees, officers, agents and volunteers from any and all damages, awards, costs
and expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees, court costs, and all other sums which Just Between
Friends Bremerton, A Bushel and A Peck LLC, Kitsap County Fairgrounds and it’s, employees, officers, and
volunteers may pay or become obligated to pay on account of any and every demand, claim or assertion of
liability, or any claim or action founded thereon, arising or alleged to have arisen out of the sanction issued by
Just Between Friends Bremerton, A Bushel and A Peck LLC, Kitsap County Fairgrounds, on APRIL 24th – 27th or
by any action or omission by ____________________________ representative for
__________________________(event vendor), its members, agents, employees, volunteers, officers or directors
in relation to the sanctioned event. I further certify that I am authorized to sign this waiver on behalf

Vendor Waiver
Just Between Friends, A Bushel and A Peck LLC, Kitsap County Fairgrounds and its participants cannot
guarantee the safety of items left supervised or unsupervised. I understand that Just Between Friends, A Bushel
and A Peck LLC, Kitsap County Fairgrounds and its participants will not be held responsible for any fire, theft or
damage to my person, business or display products occurring at our event. I agree to hold harmless Just Between
Friends, A Bushel and A Peck LLC, Kitsap County Fairgrounds and its participants and sponsoring organizations
and volunteers from any and all liabilities and damages to and from the product or services I provide.
I understand that Just Between Friends will make every effort to ensure that my items are kept safe, but I
understand that Just Between Friends and its participants and volunteers cannot ensure or guarantee that this will
be the case. This includes, but is not limited to: Cash registers, computer equipment, MC/Visa equipment,
products, etc.
I understand that I, as a member of _________________________________________(event vendor), am fully
responsible for my own product and equipment while on the premises of the JBF event. I am solely responsible
for the collection of all monies owed to me, and the timely reporting and payment of any applicable sales tax due
to State of Washington and any other required entity.
I agree to advertise my participation in the JBF sales event to my customer base via mail/email/phone
contact, and will encourage them to invite their friends to attend the JBF Event.
