MarketingPlan Reason for undertaking the Market Research: We started a market research for the following reasons: To justify the rationale of the investment to ensure that the business will give considerable return on investment. To ensure that we are well aware of our target client and identify their specific need to ensure we come up with the services that are competitive. Market Research Design We employed both primary and secondary research(Yin, 2009). Secondary research We visited the chamber of commerce to establish how many training Institutions are registered that offers the same services. In the whole of Saudi there is only one that uses international expertise and thus was not competitive in terms of price. According to the world Development Report 2010 the employers globally have increased the training budget with an average of 20%; more and more people are embracing the fact that employees need constant training to bear with the dynamic business environment that is being affected by a lot of natural and human caused variants(world bank, 2009). In the past thirty years professional training and consultancy has been growing rapidly in Saudi Arabia relative to the increase in knowledge levels and increase in the number of learning Institutions. The Industry is fast developing due to the fact that there is a lot of competition in the job market and hence a constant need for improvement. In Khobar there is hardly any training and consultancy firm that offers soft training(Donald M. Moliver, 1980). Primary Research Study Skills II | Rawan Alaskar 8 Study Skills II – 1ST Project 3,000 Employees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were approached with questionnaires that had a mixture of open-ended question and closed questions.
