Simplified Drainage Review: For small residential development projects, located outside critical areas or critical area buffers – Reviewed as part of building permit. Simplified Drainage Review – Engineered: For small residential development projects, located inside critical areas or critical area buffers – Reviewed as part of building permit. Abbreviated Drainage Review: For small non-residential development projects or grading only projects that involve movement of 150 – 5,000 cubic yards of material AND is located outside critical areas or critical area buffers – Reviewed through Site Development Activity Permit. Abbreviated Drainage Review – Engineered: For small non-residential development projects or grading only projects that involve movement of 150 – 5,000 cubic yards of material that: Connect into a drainage system in the right of way; OR Constructs improvement in the right of way; OR Constructs in a critical area or critical area buffer – Reviewed through Site Development Activity Permit.
