Product Description:
650 nm Liquid Stop Solution for TMB Microwell Substrates is a propriety formulation used to stop BioFX
TMB Microwell Substrate reactions in the blue range of 620 nm to 650 nm.
Hazard Identification:
650 nm Liquid Stop Solution for TMB Microwell Substrates is an acidic formulation should be treated with
the same precautions as any other acid. Please refer to the MSDS for additional information.
Product Stability, Storage and Specifications:
650 nm Liquid Stop Solution for TMB Microwell Substrates is stable for a minimum of 3 years from the
date of manufacture when stored at room temperature (25ºC). Store at room temperature (25ºC).
Refrigerated temperatures will not harm the reagent.
Product Use:
650 nm Liquid Stop Solution for TMB Microwell Substrates is used to stop BioFX TMB Microwell
Substrates without producing a spectral change from blue to yellow. Equal volumes of substrate and stop
solution should be used.
