DinghyClassRules,thePCCSCStandingRules,andthisNoticeofRace,exceptasmodifiedbytheSailingInstructions.
ORGANIZINGAUTHORITY:TheOrganizingAuthority(OA)isthePacificCoastCollegiateSailingConferenceinconjunction
withStanfordUniversity.

BOATS:Afleetof18z420’sandaFleetof18FJ’swillbeprovidedforcompetitors,whoshallnotmodifyanyboator
causethemtobemodifiedinanyway.Competitorshavetheoptionofriggingthemainsheetpurchaseeither3:1or4:1.
Staymastersonthez420’smaybeadjustedifallowedbytheRegattaChairmantoaspecificnumberthattheRegatta
Chairmanwillidentifytoyou.
ELIGIBILITY:AllPCCSCRegularorProvisionalMemberSchoolsmustQualifyfortheChampionships.AsperthePCCSC
StandingRules,allcompetitorsarerequiredtoweartheirschoolpinnies.SailorsmustmeetallICSAeligibility
requirementsandmayberequiredtoverifyenrollmentattheschooltheyarerepresenting.
ENTRY:EligibleteamsmustnotifythehostschoolandtheConferenceCommissionerfive(5)dayspriortotheeventwith
theirintenttoparticipate
ENTRYFEE:Theentryfeeforthiseventshallbe$100payabletothePCCSC.Entryfeesareduebythecloseof
registration.SchoolsmaycallthePCCSCOffice,619-222-0252toarrangepaymentbycreditcard.

PROTESTS&APPEALS:InaccordancewiththeICSAProceduralRulesPR38(c)therightofappealisdeniedatall
ConferenceChampionships.DecisionsoftheProtestCommitteeshallbefinal.
SAFETY:AU.S.CoastGuardapprovedPFDs(TypeIII,minimum)shallbewornatalltimesonthewater.
AWARDS:ThewinningteamshallbeawardedthePCCSCConferenceChampionship.
HOUSING:Teamsareresponsiblefortheirownhousing.
