COUNSELING
In-Depth Counseling to
address more complex
financial issues including
spending and excessive
debt. Counseling also
assists in financial
recovery following
challenging events such
as divorce, bankruptcy,
foreclosure, judgments
and garnishments.
FoodWORKS
Affordable, nutritious boxes
of food to help families
stretch their food dollars.
Each box contains over 30
lbs of food and is ordered
online and then picked up at
our office each week. The
boxes contain, lean meats
and fish, grains, fruit and

We serve low-to-moderate income families in
Middle Tennessee who face a variety of financial
challenges. The majority of our clients are
referred to us by our community partners for
assistance with financial and housing needs.
