REGULAR ISSUE PUBLISHING POLICY
World Academy of informatics and Management Sciences delineated below the procedure and policy for proceeding publication as a
regular Issue. As per the information concern WAIMS Published SIX Frequency regular issue for the WAIMS Follow some phase wise
publication i.e
Review Process
WAIMS follows double blind review process. The review process is described in the steps below:
Step 1: The editorial staff receives the manuscript from author(s).
Step 2: The editorial staff format the manuscript ( e.g removing names, self references, acknowledgements and
other information that may reveal the identity or affiliation of the author(s)).
Step 3: The Chief Editor assigns the formatted manuscript to 3 reviewers.
Step 4: The reviewers submit their feedback on acceptance/modification or rejection of the manuscript.
Step 5: The reviewers’ feedback is sent to the author(s).
Step 6: In case of acceptance/modification the authors are requested to comply with reviewers comments. A
final camera ready paper is requested from the author(s)
Step 7: The author(s) are advised to complete the publication fee payment and copyright requirements.

WAIMS is an open access journal where the cost of publication is borne by the author(s). The main advantage
of publishing in an open access journal is that your research findings reach a larger audience. WAIMS charges

SPECIAL ISSUE PUBLISHING POLICY
World Academy of informatics and Management Sciences delineated below the procedure and policy for proceeding publication as
an Special Issue. We follow at WAIMS for the publishing of Conference Proceedings. We have following policy as below
Option 1: PDF files to Organizers

we offer Editors/Organizers the option of purchasing licenses for the PDF of their complete book to be made available
exclusively to the participants of the Conference
 Editors may copy the contents onto their own USB sticks/CDs for distribution among the registered participants of the
Conference.
 Editors can print books on-site exclusively for distribution among the registered participants of the Conference provided
they agree to submit the list of participants to Springer.
 The print copies are for the registered participants of the Conference only and not to be sold/distributed to libraries or
anyone other than registered participants.
 Editors are not allowed to make our WAIMS‐copyrighted PDF freely available on the Internet or via an institutional
repository.
 The Price for production of PDF files will be EUR/USD/AUD etc 5 (five) or 500INR per typeset page.
 We need at least 10 weeks for the processing and publishing of PDF files, i.e. manuscript/papers (complete by all means) to
be submitted 10 weeks before the conference proceedings files are needed.
Option 2: Printed Copies to Organizers




The conference Editors or Organizers can purchase final book copies from WAIMS
In this case PDFs are not made available to the organizers. The files are printed and we need 10 weeks production time,
plus printing and shipping time.
The price can vary from around EUR/USD/AUD 150 or INR 1500 per copy depending upon the number of pages and number
of copies.
Shipping costs are extra.
