in leukemia.
ADRESSED PATHOLOGY: Cancer
GENERAL OBJECTIVES: the project aims to investigate the redox regulation of the respiratory chain of
CSCs as a therapy against leukemia and to create a correlation model of electron transfer chain
alteration effects that would contribute to the identification of relevant parameters involved in the
inhibition of the mithocondrial respiratory chain, to be considered for the future design of new anti‐
cancer drugs, less toxic and more effective.
