*Every member of the Genuine Partnerships/Rotherham Charter team is valued as an equal partner
bringing their own unique experiences and strengths. There is no pressure to acquire accreditation or
‘progress’ in the way described but the opportunity is there for those who wish to do so. Accreditation
will be achieved at an individual’s own pace and it may take some people longer than others.
