more! Our staff includes 300+ field experts who provide direct service in Special Education. We always look for

Presentation and Consultation Rates
Presentation/Workshop






Fees include standard preparation time, standard materials, mileage, and set-up. Costs for customized planning,
books, and specialized materials are not included.
Depending upon audience size, HCESC may recommend additional presenters.
Customized contracts, with higher fees, may be developed and may include design costs, travel time, food, and
lodging as applicable.
Travel beyond 35 miles one way will be considered an additional charge.
Round trip travel time in excess of 90 minutes will be charged at $75/hr.
Additional charges will be confirmed in advance.
Consultation





Customer contracts for HCESC consultant to provide service to administrators, teachers, parents, students,
and/or others.
Unlike a presentation or a workshop, little or no advance preparation or follow-up by the HCESC consultant is
required.
Travel beyond 35 miles one way will be considered an additional charge.
