Fullowing Yereoilctrnent of the Foreshore and Dumping at Sea (Amendment) Act
2009, responsibility for certain foreshore hnctions has transferred fiom the Minister
for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to the Minister for the Environment,
Community and Local Government, with effect from 15 January 2010.

Any potential foreshorc application relating to the above will fall within the category
of cases that has transferred to the Department of Environment, Community and
b c d Government (DECLG). Foreshore Section of the DECLG is located at
Newtown Road, Wexford.
