I will act fairly, honestly and with respect in my dealings with other teams, referees, the coach, manager and members of my team. I take responsibility for representing my team in communicating with the coach and referee and understand that I will be called upon to speak publicly on behalf of the team. I will raise any issues the team may be having with the coach, grade convenor and/or the relevant TIC Football as soon as they occur. As a member of the First XI: I know that my place in this team is a privilege I have earned, not a right. I understand that as a team we are training and playing to win and I may not get to play every game; I accept that this is the coach’s decision. I understand that I am considered a role model and leader at school and will act accordingly both on and off the field. I will play to the best of my ability at all times; always endeavouring to excel at training sessions as well as in the games. I will always act in the best interests of the team - no exceptions. Should there be an after-match function, I understand that my attendance is required and that I may be asked to contribute to the refreshments.
