NOTICE FOR INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION
◆ Please use the hose or tube soft to connect to inlet and outlet. Can avoid the loss for vibration.
◆ Don’t stamp or other ways to bring pressure to bear on the pump. Don’t hang on the pump. Or
else the pump will be broken and dangerous.
◆ The suction head of inlet should be less than six meter (For water).
◆ When you install the pump, please use well mode to absorb the vibration.
〈1〉 Installed Place — Please install the pump horizontal. Avoid installing on ground sloping.
〈2〉 Installed Aspect — Be attention that keep the silencer’s aspect is down.
〈3〉 Installed Mode — When you will firm up the pump, please install buffer between pump and
base. Can avoid the break in the pump.
◆ The direction of pipe (inlet and outlet) can be turned.
◆ When choose the tube, please consider the caliber、tolerance and pressure resistive. Can avoid
the break and leak in the tube.
◆ Please check and clean the tube inside before install. Be attention that it can’t have any iron
filing、trash or other impurities inside, or it will cause the breakdown of the pump.
◆ Please choose the tube which will not be broken because of the negative feedback pressure when
transfer the fluid.
◆ Please choose the caliber suitable of tube, or it will cause the suction insufficient when you use
the biggish size.
◆ We suggest that you can install the filter on inlet and it can be reduce the break and extend the
life of pump.
◆ Notice for connect the high air pressure：
〈1〉 Don’t use too small caliber of tube for air inlet.
〈2〉 We suggest that you can install the air filter、regulator and lubricator (FRL) on air inlet of
pump. They can supply the cleanly air and lubricating oil.
〈3〉 The air pressure of inlet can’t surpass than 8.3kgf/cm2(bar).
〈4〉 Please choose the lubricating oil for cold-resistant and high pressure resistant.
NOTICE FOR OPERATION
◆ Please check up the installation if it’s correct before start the pump. If the pump operated while
the screw is loose, it will be danger to the people and the equipment beside.
◆ If the fluid is flammable chemical, we suggest linking the ground wire to avoid the fire accident
or explosion and then make the damage to the people or others possibility.
◆ Please firm up the inlet and outlet tube well, make sure that link between pump and tube stable.
The screw should be firm.
◆ When you test the pump before operation, the air inlet pressure should be start by the lowest
limit, and then regulate the pressure to highest limit staged. Make sure that the pump work
normal and then regulate the air pressure to value required.
◆ We suggest that don’t let the pump idling in a long time and then avoid the loss and breakdown
unnecessary.
◆ We suggest that you can regulate the air inlet pressure to control the flow rate first, and then
regulate the fluid outlet switch slightly to value necessary.
◆ When the pump is running and full of the fluid inside, if you close the outlet switch, and then
pump will stop. This is not has danger, but we still suggest don’t keep this state in a long time or
don’t have the overseer beside. Avoid making the loss or the danger unnecessary because of the
fluid to leak. When you want to stop the pump working, you should close the supply of air、open
the outlet switch and release the pressure remaining inside the pump and pipe.
◆ If you want to transfer the fluid which has precipitation or easy to solidify, you should transfer
the solvent to wash the pump inside after stop working. Or it will break the diaphragm and crook
the thimble switch when the pump to start working next time.

NOTICE FOR MAINTENANCE
◆ Please read this manual distinctly before servicing the pump.
◆ Don’t servicing the pump when the pump is working now. Avoid having any danger for the
worker.
◆ You should close the supply of air、open the outlet switch and release the pressure remaining
inside the pump and pipe completely before servicing the pump.
◆ Please use the component produce from DYISHENG to service. Or it will be breakdown or
reduce the efficiency.
◆ We suggest that you should be preserve and inspect yearly.
◆ When you lock the screw, should be consulting the regulation about torsion. If you lock over or
less than regulation, it will make the breakage of component or the accident.
◆ If you have any breakage、accident or breakdown because of the above mentions, it’s warranty
void.
CHECK REGULAR
◆ You should clean the impurities in the air-inlet filter regular, or impurities will reduce the
efficiency or make the breakdown of pump.
◆ If you don’t check up the pump regular. The fluid pernicious will invade the Stratochamber of
pump when the diaphragm is broken. And then the pump will breakdown. Even then make a
accident to others beside.
◆ The diaphragm、ball valve、ball seat and o-ring are all expendables. We suggest changing them
when the pump works in the stipulation number of times.
◆ The life expectancy of diaphragm is almost ten millions. (This is not the promised number, the
life will cut down when the fluid has dust of metal、iron filings、wear-resisting particle or other
foreign matter.)
◆ The O.D. of ball valve shows below： (DS03:12m/m；DS04:15.9m/m；DS06:25.4m/m；
DS10:28m/m；DS14:45m/m；DS20:55m/m)If the O.D. of ball less than 95% or change shape,
and then the check valve will reduce the efficiency or no work. You should change the ball valve
immediately.
◆ You should change the ball seat and ball cover when they have wear or change shape. Suggest
change the ball valve simultaneously.
