According to the Unified system of tariff preferences of the Eurasian Union
Economic Treaty, the republic of Peru is included into the List of Developing
Countries, approved by the decision of the Customs Union Commission from
27.11.2009 No. 130.
With regard to goods included in the List, originated and imported from the
Republic of Peru, tariff preferences are provided (imposed import customs duties
are 75 per cent of import customs duties of the Unified Customs Tariff of the EEU).

For getting tariff preferences, meeting of the following conditions is necessary:
• country of origin – the Republic of Peru (the item was completely produced in this country or was processed or reprocessed in this
country considerably)
• the item was bought directly in the Republic of Peru, and was meant to be shipped directly to the customs territory of the EEU
• for witnessing the origin of goods from the Republic of Peru it is necessary to obtain a certificate of the goods origin according to
Schedule A in a competent authority of the Republic of Peru
• the certificate of the goods origin according to Schedule A must be completed in accordance with the requirements
• Together with the submission of the customs declaration, it is necessary to submit to the customs declaration authority the original of
the certificate of the goods origin according to Schedule A in a hard copy

Electronic system of verification is an electronic system of storage and exchange of information on
certificates, which is regulated by a competent state agency and allows verifying the certificates issued by a
competent agency of a foreign state and establishing the identity of the certificate and the data it contains
via the Internet.
