You and your group will be responsible for presenting a mini lesson on a specific organelle that will be
assigned to you. You must describe the organelle’s function in the cell, its location, and anything
else that is important to understanding that organelle. You will have two days of class in the
computer lab that will help you to become an expert on your organelle. The culminating activity will
be a small Powerpoint presentation to teach your lesson. Therefore, you must follow the timeline on
the back of this page. Your presentation must include 4-6 slides, including a title slide, at least one
animation per slide, and at least one figure or diagram per slide, slide transitions, and it must be 1-3
minutes long. You will be graded on the following rubric:
