TASTE OF ASIA 2017
VENDOR CONTRACT
1. The Exhibitor must comply with all the regulations of the facility hosting the event and all Federal, Provincial, and
Municipal laws and by-laws including health and fire safety.
2. The Exhibitor shall not assign any rights under this agreement or sublet any part of the rented spaced to a third party.
3. The Exhibitor or their staff must be personally present and the booth must be operating for the duration of the event.
4. The Exhibitor shall be responsible for cleaning and removing any unused items and debris from their booth area after
closing each night of the event.
5. Organizer has full authority to stop the Exhibitors from operating should the Exhibitor sell or promote products and/or
services other than those stated in the Vendor Application.
6. The Exhibitor and their employees are prohibited from soliciting, selling, promoting, or displaying their products,
services, and/or promotional materials including banners and signage beyond their booths space. Failure to abide will
result in monetary penalty equivalent to the purchase of an additional booth space.
7. Organizer reserves exclusive rights to the sales of ice. Exhibitors are not to bring in commercial ice freezers even for
personal usage.
8. No Exhibitor shall sell or distribute any form of helium filled balloons.
9. Should a power outage occur as a result of the overload of the Exhibitor’s equipment, the Exhibitor is responsible for all
related losses, damages and expense of resuming the power supply.
10. No Exhibitor shall sell after the closing time stated on application form. If fail to do so, Exhibitor will not receive site
clearance deposit refund. Exhibitor must abide to all move-in/out procedures as provided in the Move-in/out Package, and
vacate the premise within 2 hours after the end of the event. Failure to do so may result in penalty of up to $2000.
11. No refund shall be made in any circumstances after April 21,2017; including inclement weather conditions.

**Please note that all Exhibitors must see to the handling of their oil residues, cardboard, and garbage.
Exhibitors are not to dispose these items in the street’s public garbage bins. Dumpsters and oil drums will be
provided in the parking lot area by the Organizer for Exhibitors’ use.
***If contravening activity has occurred as determined by a Taste of Asia Staff, the Exhibitor may be required to
cease operations immediately and issued a penalty of up to $2000.
攤位租戶需自行處理油渣, 果皮削, 及其他垃圾,不可棄置於行人道公眾垃圾箱。主辦機構會設置廢物箱於停車場(不提供
油渣處理)。攤位租戶需自行處理油渣丟棄, 任何廢物處理失當, 主辦機構有權終止租戶營業合約, 及罰款二千元。
