the best of my/our knowledge.
I/We agree to observe and be bound by all conditions of the scheme, including the requirements to hold a
valid organic licence on the date of application and to make available all required information to the
Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
I/We understand and accept that my/our Scheme application will only be valid /complete on submission
of my/our on line Basic Payment Scheme application.
I/We understand that any additional land must be included on my organic licence from 01st January 2016.
I/We understand that any additional land must be included in my on line BPS application for 2016.
I/We understand and accept that the organic area declared in my/our on line Basic Payment application
will be used to calculate any Organic Farming Scheme payment.
I/We understand that the Department may request/access data held externally in relation to me/us which
is required for the purpose of assessment/verification of this application.
I/We understand that Regulation 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the
financing, management and monitoring of the CAP, which provide for the publication of details of CAP
beneficiaries, will in future cover all beneficiaries whether natural or legal persons.
I/We understand that all data held/requested/accessed by the Department is subject to the Data
Protection Acts 1998/2003.
