Train capacity will be enhanced from 5-9 July and some additional early morning and late night services will also operate. Getting There The 2017 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open promises to be an incredible occasion with tens of thousands expected to attend. Please plan your journey in advance, allowing for extra time as increased traffic is inevitable. Translink is offering a range of hassle-free, good value options for visitors travelling to the event – full details at www.translink.co.uk/irishopen2017/ Bus and Coach Free shuttle bus services will connect with the arrival and departure of each train to transport you directly between Coleraine Bus & Train station and the event. Car If travelling by car, you will be directed to Park & Ride facilities. All drivers should follow the event signage and not Sat Nav’s. The bus service from the Park & Ride sites will operate at a 10min frequency. Park & Ride Special Coach Services directly to the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open from Belfast and other cities and towns across NI will operate from 5-9 July - details on the Translink website. The local bus service (140) between Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart will operate at a 20 min frequency and at a 10 min frequency during mid-morning/early evening. A FREE Park & Ride system will operate during the event. As you approach the area, follow the directions displayed on the event signage. Shuttle services will commence at 06.30am on Tuesday and continue through to the end of the tournament on Sunday evening.
