TeSLA allows organizations of all sizes guarantee the
authorship and authenticity of any online assessment activity.

During the first and second round of pilots carried out at the
end of 2016 and at the begining of 2017, more than 3,500
students from 7 different universities, have tested the new
TeSLA system.
Tests have covered from communication protocols, data
privacy agreements to proof some of the tools like voice,
face or keystroke recognition already integrated in the own
universities VLE such as Blackboard or Moodle.
The third round of pilots will start during the course 2017/2018.
First semester will count with about 7,000 students testing
TeSLA. In the second semester between 10,000-14,000 students
will use the solution.

HOW
IT WORKS
A new e-assessment system
for your organization
It all starts when the institution chooses to connect or
integrate TeSLA within their existing learning environments.
There are both LMS plug-ins and standard LTI connectors available.
Student
Student completes the assessment as he/she
would normally do.
TeSLA may require input/interaction during
the learning activity or examination to be
able to complete continous analysis around
identity and authorship during the test.
Blackboard, Moodle...
Analysis and value
TeSLA system will provide a report of
assurance about authenticity and authorship
together with the assessment responses.
ABOUT
TeSLA PROJECT
The consortium is composed by Higher Education institutions and research centers in collaboration with technological companies as well
as accrediting quality agencies. It is formed by 18 partners: 8 universities, 3 quality agencies, 4 research centers and 3 companies and it is
being tested by more than 10k students across Europe.
The consortium includes more than 100 experts that share the same passion for pushing the boundaries of online education as we
know it today.
