P1-IS GUIDE
Step 1: Visit the Primary One (P1) Registration website at
https://www.moe.gov.sg/admissions/primary-one-registration
Click on the link “Internet Registration for
Phase 2C and 2C Supplementary” to
access the Primary One Internet System
(P1-IS).
Step 2: P1-IS Registration Login Page
Key in your child’s BC and both parents’
NRIC.
If you are a single parent, key in the
child’s BC and parent’s NRIC and click on
the checkbox “I am a single parent”.
Click on the checkbox after you have read
and agreed with the Terms of Use.
Click <Submit> to continue.
The SingPass Login page will appear next.
Step 3: 1st Parent’s or Single Parent’s SingPass Login Page
NOTE: Parents who intend to use the P1-IS in Phase 2C / 2C Supplementary should set up their SingPass
2FA early, well before the commencement of Phase 2C online registration on 25 July 2017.
For more information on the 2FA setup, please visit the SingPass website at www.singpass.gov.sg.
Key in Parent’s NRIC and Password.
Click <Login> to continue.
The Registration Details page will appear
next.
Step 4: 1st Parent’s or Single Parent’s Registration Details Page
Parents are advised to complete this page within 10 minutes. If you exceed 10 minutes, you will be
automatically logged out from the system.
Verify child’s / children’s particulars.
Verify the checkbox for child / children
registration for P1 is / are selected.
Select school of choice to register your
child / children.
Verify address used for registration.
Key in your contact details.
Click <Next> to proceed with the
registration.
The confirmation by 1st parent or Single
Parent page will appear next
Step 5: 1st Parent’s or Single Parent’s Confirmation Page
Verify Information.
Click on the checkbox after you have read
and agreed with the above information.
Click <Submit> to continue.
The Acknowledgement Slip will appear
next.
Step 6: 1st Parent’s Acknowledgement Page
To complete registration, 2nd parent’s
login is required.
This page is not applicable to Single
Parent.
Single Parent will see “Your
registration has been submitted” on
the acknowledgement slip once the
registration is submitted.
Click <Spouse SingPass Login> to
continue registration by the 2nd
parent.
Click <Print / Save> to print / save a
copy of the acknowledgement slip for
future reference.
Step 7: 2nd Parent’s Confirmation Page
(1) Login with SingPass for 2nd Parent to continue registration (refer to Step 3).
(2) 2nd Parent to verify information submitted by 1st Parent and to provide contact details (refer to
Step 5). Click <Submit> to complete registration. The acknowledgement page will appear next.
Step 8: 2nd Parent’s or Single Parent’s Acknowledgement Page
IMPORTANT:
Your registration is submitted
when you see this message on the
acknowledgement slip.
Click <Print / Save> to print / save a
copy of the acknowledgement slip for
future reference.
If you have completed online
registration without printing the
acknowledgement slip, either parent
can login again to the P1-IS to
retrieve the acknowledgement slip.
