CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
• The Tournament will be conducted by the Southern Tasmanian Badminton Association (STBA) - Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Program

with all events open to members registered with any affiliated body of the BWF.

• All matches will be played under the Laws of Badminton adopted by the BWF.

• Online entry on Tournament Software and payments by EFT close as follows:
• Early Bird Fees by 6pm on Thursday 11 August 2016 (to go into the draw to win $200 worth of GOSEN products); and
• Final Closing Date is - 6pm on Friday 19 August 2016.
• Where a player is unable to enter online an entry form can be submitted to the STBA President (Mr Robert Brockman) or Secretary (Mrs Rosie Meaghan).
• Entries will be accepted in accordance with the current State / Territory Grading list.
• The Tournament Referee reserves the right to regrade any player according to Badminton Australia’s (BA) National Ranking Database.
• The Tournament will be conducted in a Round Robin format (where appropriate) and scored under the current BWF scoring system of best of 3 games to 21.
• The Tournament Referee reserves the right to cancel any events for which there are fewer than four entries.
• Each player is allowed to play up to 5 events on one day (for example 5 events on Saturday and 5 events on Sunday).
• Players must be ready to play when called upon, absent players will forfeit the game.
• Acceptable badminton sports clothing must be worn.
