We kick off our summer camp season at Faith United with a patriotic salute to our country. Let’s
have fun and show how proud we are of our Estados Unidos de América!
June 7th to the 10th: El Mundo Animal – The Animal World
Our second week of summer camps at Faith United features a theme children love: Animals! This
will be a week of fun as we play games, read stories, sing songs and learn about the animals we
find in a farm, in a zoo, in the sea, and at home!
July 12th to the 15th: Cocinando con PlaySpanish® 1 -- Cooking With PlaySpanish® 1
This week the children will learn traditional Latin American recipes and they’ll take part in
games, songs, and many other fun activities. A well-known Spanish Chef will be our surprise
guest again this week!
July 19th to the 21st: Las Olimpíadas de PlaySpanish® - The PlaySpanish® Olympics
Rio De Janeiro here we come! Games, sports and all kinds of physical activities are the center of
this week’s camp. Get ready because your child will bring home lots of medallas (medals) de oro
(gold) plata (silver) and bronce (bronze)
August 23rd to the 26th: Cocinando con PlaySpanish® 2 -- Cooking With PlaySpanish® 2
This is another yummy, fun-filled week, in which we will focus on European and Asian recipes. In
addition to learning how to prepare these tasty foods, we will play games and participate in a
variety of fun activities!

August 30th to September 1st: Los Superhéroes – The Superheroes
This will be an Action-Filled week where we’ll get to play with our Super Powers, wear our capes;
and use our imagination to have fun! Of course, children –and parents!-- are welcome to wear
their favorite Super Hero costume!
Please be aware of the following rules and policies:
• Tuition is not refundable. No exceptions. If you need to withdraw from a
camp once that camp has started, we will issue a credit for the pro-rated
amount. You can use that credit for other camps, classes or any other
PlaySpanish® activity.
• We reserve the right to dismiss a child from camp should his/her behavior
become disruptive. Should a child be dismissed due to behavior problems,
tuition will not be refunded.
• If you need to change camps, dates, locations, etc., these changes will be
honored if and when possible and will be accepted up to 10 days before the
date of the camp for which you initially enrolled.

We kick off our Summer Camp season with a theme children love: Animals! This will be a week of
fun as we play games, read stories, sing songs and learn about the animals we find in a farm, in a

June 6th to the 10th: Cocinando con PlaySpanish® 1 – Cooking with PlaySpanish® 1
Your child will enjoy a tasty introduction to Spanish while learning both the language and
traditional recipes. The emphasis this week is one Meriendas (Snacks) As a surprise, a wellknown Spanish Chef will pay us a visit!
June 20th to the 24th: Los Superhéroes – The Superheroes

planets, stars, galaxies, rockets, spaceships and much, much more! This is Out-Of-This-World
fun!

If Princes, Princesses, Castles, Fairies and Knights are what your children love, this is the
camp for them! It’s a week of adventures in a land of fantasy and enchantment where
they will come up with their own story and act it out along with their friends!
August 15th to the 19th: Cocinando con PlaySpanish® 4 – Cooking with PlaySpanish® 4
This will be the last week of our Cooking camps this summer and the emphasis will be on
Postres (Desserts.) In addition to a variety of fun games and activities, the children will
enjoy a visit from a well-known Spanish pastry Chef who will share his expertise with
them.
August 22nd to the 26th: Viajando por el Mundo – Traveling Around The World
Get your passports ready because this week we are traveling to every continent! We will
learn about new people and their culture, their music, their dances, their food, their arts
and crafts, and much more! (This is the only location where we will offer this camp)

We close our camp season at Covenant Presbyterian with a patriotic celebration of our
