The Wafer luminaire is a T5HO lighting fixture designed to replace
HID products in commercial, industrial, retail, and sports lighting
applications. The Wafer provides highly efficient lighting with
extreme power saving capabilities. The sleek profile, features, and
simple mounting process make the Wafer a perfect choice for the
intelligent contractor and end user.
PROGRAMMED START ELECTRONIC BALLAST
Every Wafer is installed with energy efficient programmed start
electronic ballasts with a standard 5-year warranty based on
performance under normal conditions. Class P inherent thermal
protection; surge protection (ANSI C62.41); EMI/RFI: Meets FCC 47
CFR Part 18 Subpart C; End of Lamp Life protection circuit; Type 1
outdoor; IR non-interfering; Minimum starting temperature -30ºC;
Class A sound rating
CERTIFICATION
The Wafer is certified cETLus for installations in Canada or the
United States.

• Shallow Profile: Provides appealing aesthetics without
sacrificing performance
• Power Cord Included with every Wafer: 7’ powercable prewired
to ballast disconnect and complete with strain relief. (nominal
length) Opposing end offers preskinned leads to make wiring a
snap. Black and red offer the choice of two circuits witching if
desired. You make the choice at the junction box.
• Adjustable Aircraft Cable Included with every Wafer:
7’ adjustable (toolless) aircraft cable for easy and quick mounting
(nominal length)
• Lamps (49W T5HO 5000°K): Included with every fixture for
your convenience
• Robust Construction: Meets the rigors of tough installations
• Wiring Quickplate: Makes for a contractor friendly quick installation
• Post Painted Powdercoat: Highest quality powder coating finish
applied after fabrication to galvanized steel body
• Removable Socket Tray: Allows for quick and easy socket maintenance
• Single Knockout End: 7/8” knockouts available for occupancy
sensor mounting or power entry
• Wireguard/Lens Frame: Easily add protection or aesthetics to suit
your application
• Toolless Floating Reflector: Direct/indirect (50/50) distribution
available by removing reflector
• Combination Screws: All fasteners on the Wafer will accept either
Robertson or Philips head drivers
• Side Mounted Ballastry: Offers cool operation and easy access for
maintenance
• Reflector plastic coating removed at factory prior to shipping
