BRIGHT SPACE APPLICATION PART C SETTING UP PROJECT TEAMS As you begin planning your Bright Space project, we suggest that you first review the steps you will need to take and decide who will take on the various tasks of your project. If you have a large team, you will want to have a Project Leader and one “Team Leader” for each task. Everyone else working on that task would report to the Team Leader. If you have a small team, you may want to assign a role for each person on your team or work as a group on some tasks. If you need any advice as you set this up, please let us know. 1.
