injector is less than 1 psig
RETRACTABLE INJECTOR
• Model KRINJ supplied standard
with 1/2” NPT chemical feed port
and 3/4” NPT process connection
• Ball Valve assembly isolates
pipeline from injector assembly
when injection is not required
• Compression seal holds the
assembly from back pressure
RETRACTABLE INJECTOR
• Safety line prevents the injector
assembly from being completely
withdrawn and protects against
blowout
• Retractable injectors are ideal for
applications up to 150 psig
CALIBRATION GAUGES
AccuRate
Precision on Pump
Setting Gauge
THE ONE MINUTE TEST:
To check the pumping rate of a chemical metering pump, isolate the chemical in
the tank from the calibration gauge. Keep the isolating valve closed and observe
the number of marks the fluid level passes in one minute. This will give you the
actual chemical pump rate. If the rate is not the one desired, make an adjustment
to the chemical pump feed rate and conduct as many one minute tests as is
necessary to set the chemical pump rate to the rate desired.
AccuRate PUMP SETTING GAUGE
• Precision borosilicate glass sight tube
delivers precision rate calibration to
.0025%
• Will calibrate pump rates up to 1095
gallons per day and 4140 liters per day.
Clear polycarbonate shield for impact
resistance is standard on all models
AccuRate PUMP SETTING GAUGE
• Five (5) scale options are available:
• Gallons by volume (USG) & ML by volume
• Gallons per day (GPD) & ML by volume
• Gallons per hour (GPH) & ML by volume
• Liters per day (LPD) & ML by volume
• Liters per hour (LPH) & ML by volume
•Fluorocarbon, Buna-N, Aflas, Teflon and
Ethylene Propylene o-ring seals are
standard. Other elastomers are available.
AccuRate PUMP SETTING GAUGE
• Tubing connector assembly on top of
unit is standard on all models
• Drain holes in lower end plate eliminate
condensation build-up in protective
shield
CHOOSING THE CORRECT SIZE
30000 SERIES (old style)PUMP
SETTING GAUGE
• Maximum pressure is static head
pressure (KENCO recommends a
polycarbonate tubular shield or
expanded metal shield if there is any
pressure present in system).
• Glass Gauge Cylinder is standard.
Plastic tubing may be substituted.
30000 SERIES (old style)PUMP
SETTING GAUGE
• Fluorocarbon, Buna-N, Aflas, Teflon
and Ethylene Propylene o-ring seals
are standard. Other elastomers are
available.
• Gauges are available with (6) standard
options on scale calibration units
(GPH, LPH, GPD, LPD, GBV, & LBV).
30000 SERIES (old style)PUMP
SETTING GAUGE
• Nameplate on lower end plate will call
out the scale units.
• Gauge glass repair kits include
calibrated rod to insure gauge
accuracy.
CALIBRATION POTS
• Design utilizes a tank with shielded
tubular gauge for maximum
protection from glass breakage.
• Provide a means for accurately
checking the feed rates of a
chemical metering pump.
CALIBRATION POTS
• Manufactured in PVC, Carbon Steel
and 316 Stainless Steel as standard
materials.
• Individually hand calibrated to
assure maximum accuracy.
• Customization is always an option,
give us your design criteria and we
will design a gauge to fit your needs
and specifications
CHOOSING THE CORRECT SIZE
DDC DRAW DOWN CYLINDERS
• Dual Scale:
• Total gauge volume in millimeters
• Gallons per Hour or Liters per Hour scale
for a one minute test of calibration to
determine flow rate
• Mylar laminated scales are protected
from attack by harsh chemicals
DDC DRAW DOWN CYLINDERS
• Available in capacities ranging from 60
ML up to 10,000 ML
• Models with threaded NPT connections
on both ends or models with removable
slip-on top caps available
• Lightweight and extremely easy to
handle
5700, 7000 & 17000INJECTION RATE
GAUGES
The 5700, 7000, & 17000 Rate Gauges provide a visual
means for checking the contents of a bulk tank and a
means for checking the injection rate of a chemical
metering pump.
The shield can be custom calibrated to read tank volume
or any other calibration.
929 SERIES PUMP SETTING GAUGE
This series of gauges provides a means for
checking the pumping rate of any chemical
pump under actual pumping conditions in one
minute. The gauge mounts in the pump's
suction line between the reservoir tank and the
pump. It provides a visual gauge showing the
liquid level in the reservoir in addition to a rapid
means for setting the pump. The maximum
pump rate for the 929 Series is 10 gallons per
day, with each mark on the scale representing
1 quart per 24 hours.
DRUM GAUGES
KENCO drum gauges are used to measure the
liquid level inventory in horizontal 55 gallon
chemical storage tanks. In addition, several
models come complete with a test valve to set
the injection rate of a chemical metering pump.
