24 Major Teams (Ages 11-12)
24 Minor Teams (Ages 9-10)
*Team spaces will be secured based on date payment & registration is received. An emailed registration
form does not constitute entry to the tournament. Entry to tournament will be confirmed when payment is
received*

Pre-Tournament Coaches Meeting:
A mandatory coaches meeting will be held to review tournament rules prior to the start of the
tournament. Date, time and location will be confirmed at a later date. At this time we will also
finalize all required paperwork (rosters, birth certificates, waivers and release of liability
forms, certificate of insurance).
Roster / Waiver & Release of Liability Forms:
Each Team will be provided a Roster / Waiver and Release of Liability forms once entry to
tournament is confirmed. These forms must be completed and turned in at coaches meeting.
Birth Certificates:
a) The Team Manager must bring copies of birth certificates to all games.
b) Rosters and birth certificates will be checked before each team’s first game. Both must
match for a player to participate.
c) If a participating player does not have a birth certificate, he/she will not be allowed to play
until one is provided to MYBL.
All Players:
Must have a number on the back of his/her jersey. All players listed on your roster must play.
Rules:
MYBL follows all Cal Ripken baseball rules, a list of the tournament rules will be sent to each
team once entry to tournament is confirmed and discussed at coaches meeting.
