Hospital Makes First Wage Proposal...
Hospital presents a first wage proposal—
RNs at top of scale receive NO WAGE SCALE increase over next 3 years, only
a 1% bonus each year.
NO increases to RN WAGE SCALE over the next 3 years.
Hospital did ACCEPT the Union’s proposal on experience steps each year ranging
from 2-6% for RNs not at top of scale.
Tentative Agreement reached on EIB—100% replacement hours preserved in plan.
