DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT
MasterSeal® 750 TPE synthetic liner of TPO
modified polyolefin, in two-colour version (sand
grey/black), obtained by co-extrusion, which
allows it to be produced in a single layer a liner
with different physical-chemical properties on
the two sides. It has a polyester mesh
reinforcement. The upper sand grey layer, which
is exposed, is characterised by an extremely
high resistance to weathering and ultraviolet
rays, whereas the lower black layer is resistant
to puncturing.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION
MasterSeal® 750 TPE can be applied in the
following circumstances:
● Exposed roofing laid loose
● Exposed roofing mechanically fixed
● Exposed roofing fully bonded (requiring a
fleece backing)
● Landscaped areas and roof gardens
● May be used in underground structures and
potable water structures
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
It has superior mechanical characteristics and
has an extremely high resistance to weathering
and ultra violet rays.
● High mechanical properties and resistance to
puncturing.
● Rot-proof.
● Resistance to root penetration.
● If double welded it allows pressure testing of
joints.
● Good resistance to hydrocarbons and bacterial
attack.
● Long life expectancy.
PACKAGING AND ROLL SIZES
COVERAGE
In order to calculate total consumption of
synthetic waterproofing membranes, it must be
added quantity of 5% overlapping and 2-5% of
loss depending upon the project conditions on
the total application area.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Synthetic waterproofing membranes applications
should be done by approved applicators. For
the further information please apply application
manual.
STORAGE
Store out of direct sunlight, clear of the ground
and on pallets.
SHELF LIFE
No shelf life limitation under appropriate storing
conditions.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Work cloth, protective gloves, goggles and masks
concordant with Work and Worker Health rules must
be used during the application. Due to irritant effects
of the non-cured material, avoid contact to skin and
eyes during storing and application. If such a contact
occurs, it must be washed by soap and plenty of water.
Consult a physician urgently if swallowed. Food and
drink must be kept outside the application areas. Must
be stored away from children. Please look at the
